SUNNY'S KIMCHEE CHILI

Makes 4-6 Servings 

 

INGREDIENTS

 

1lb Sirloin, Pork Loin, or Chicken Breast, thinly sliced

2 cups Cabbage, shredded 

2 cups Daikon Radish, cut into 1/4 inch cubes 

2 large Carrots, chopped 

1 medium Yellow Onion, chopped 

1 Jalapeno, chopped 

1 can Kidney Beans 

1/3 cup Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning (add more for extra spice) 

1 TSP Salt 

3 cup Water

Salt & Pepper

 

PREPERATION  

 

1. Marinate the meat with salt and pepper.

2. Saute the meat until caramelized in a skillet.

3. Add water, Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning, kidney beans, onion, salt, and meat into a large sauce pan. 

4. Let it boil for 15 minutes. 

5. Add remaining vegetables to the pan.

6. Cook medium to low heat for 20 minutes. (If you desire thicker chili, cook until you desire)

 

Serve in a bread bowl or even with steamed rice. Yum!
