Jicama Kimchee

INGREDIENTS

 

2 Jicamas

1 TSP Salt

1/4 cup Sunny's Kimchee Seasoning

1 TBS Sunny's Korean Teriyaki Sauce

2 TBS Green Onion, chopped

 

PREPARATION

 

1. Peel jicama, cut into 3/4 to 1 inch thick disks, then slice into cubes.

2. In a large bowl combine jicama, salt, green onions, Sunny’s Kimchee Seasoning, and Sunny’s Korean Teriyaki Sauce.

3. Mix well until the seasonings coat the jicama cubes evenly and the jicama looks juicy.

4. Enjoy immediately.

Enjoy this spicy and refreshing kimchee dish with steamed rice or noodles!
